Each Ruka Ceramics piece is handmade, one of a kind and packed with care to protect it during transit.

Processing time

Ready-to-ship pieces are usually dispatched within 2-3 business days after your order is placed.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

UK orders

UK orders are shipped using a tracked delivery service. Shipping options and costs are shown at checkout.

Please make sure your delivery address is correct before placing your order. Ruka Ceramics is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Packaging

Ceramic pieces are fragile, so each order is carefully wrapped and packed to help it arrive safely.

Where possible, packaging may be reused or recyclable, while still prioritising the safe delivery of your piece.

Delivery times

Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to postal delays, courier issues, busy periods or circumstances outside our control.

International orders, VAT & customs

For orders shipped outside the UK, your parcel may be subject to import VAT, customs duties, taxes or handling fees upon arrival. These charges are set by your local customs authority or courier and are not included in the product price or shipping cost, unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Please note that Ruka Ceramics cannot cover customs charges or delays caused by customs processing. We recommend checking your country’s import rules before placing an order.

Damaged parcels

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item, the packaging and the outer shipping box.

We will review the issue and arrange a suitable solution.
