She belongs neither to the earth nor to the sea.
She flows between them, carrying the memory of both.

Named after the ancient city on the Aegean coast of Anatolia, Smyrna is a reflection on the eternal relationship between water, life, and the feminine spirit. Inspired by Chalchiuhtlicue, the Aztec goddess known as She of the Jade Skirt, she embodies water as a source of life, renewal, and transformation.

With its sculptural handles, curled feet, and hand-painted details, the vessel recalls an ancient ceremonial object, as though it were holding fragments of stories passed down through generations.

Smyrna is a celebration of the invisible threads connecting cultures, the cycles of nature, and the quiet power of constantly becoming.

Each piece is individually shaped, sculpted, drawn, and painted by hand in my London studio, making it entirely one of a kind.

Created as an ode to water, feminine creation, and the stories that flow across time and place.
